Please join Dale Adcock (artist) and Henry Hussey (curator) as they discuss the themes and ideas behind ‘In the Belly of the Whale’ ranging from Herman Melville’s Moby Dick to Horus the Egyptian god returning to the underworld to give his eye to his father Osiris.
The conversation will begin with a screening of Michael MacGarry’s filmwork ‘As Above, So Below.’ and then expand to the other works in the exhibition with an aim to examine the dialogues that have emerged between each piece from the initial conception of the show to the final installation.'
