About

One of the UK's most highly regarded heart surgeons Dr. Wells will present a talk aimed at artists exploring the development of form in the human heart. Dr. Wells has published a book on the anatomical drawings of Leonardo da Vinci and delivered several talks on this subject. Committed to encouraging exchanges between the arts and sciences he has worked on numerous occasions with artists in residence and also performed heart surgery live on televison through Channel 4's 'The Operation: Surgery Live'.
