RULES AND REGS AT THE BLUECOAT

Artists Eitan Buchalter, Grace Surman and Ange Taggart have been invited to create new work in response to rules devised by a curator as a challenge to explore new ways of working. The residencies culminate in public showings on 3 & 4 October. PUBLIC SHOWINGS: - Friday 3 October, 8pm FREE - Saturday 4 October, 8pm FREE Rules and Regs is a development opportunity for the artists. The work presented is a response to the unique conditions of the residency and is the result of experimenting with process and taking risks. The Rules: - Less isn't more. MORE is more. - Know your place. - Extract and adapt something from one of the other pieces.
