Spontaneous Combustion Exhibition 2013 Festival of Dance, Movement and Performance

This year Arbeit Gallery and ARtCH will hold its third Spontaneous Combustion festival of dance, movement and performance, and will accompany a Performance Photography Exhibition. The festival includes several short performances, dance residency, performance art events, workshops and a photo exhibition. Styles varies from contemporary dance through folklore dance to alternative theatre; activities include African dance and blind drawing workshop. The festival is organised in five different locations with over 35 performances and workshops. Enjoy the festival spirit for more than two weeks in Hackney Wick and Tower Hamlets, watch amazing performances of emerging and established artists, move your body and try new dance styles for free. ARtCH (www.artch.org.uk) is a nonprofit organisation established originally in East London. ARtCH`s aim is to make art and cultural education more accessible for the general public and to break down any barrier between artist and non-artist worlds.
