Lab is a creative space for young people between the ages of 15-19 years with an interest in visual art. Come and meet other young people with similar interests Ӣ Experiment Ӣ Make new work Ӣ Get advice Ӣ Gain curatorial experience Ӣ Work alongside local, national and international artists Ӣ Attend exhibition previews Ӣ Write reviews of artists work Ӣ Interview artists and curators Ӣ Gain an Arts Award Ӣ Have fun! Artist in residence: Emma Saffy Wilson. Saffy is a practising artist whose work often starts out as a story or ends up as one. Her natural instinct is to respond in a three-dimensional way, playing with objects and creating a narrative. Sometimes the story gets lost in the making or it takes on a new meaning.
