Andy Wilkinson
Andy Wilkinson creates iconic imagery in limited edition screen prints that are a fusion of colour, silver and gold, often including hand-embellishments of gold. Andy refers to his work as Fables: each image is lovingly hand-drawn, and from the original master, Andy creates his screen prints. Andy is a storyteller; he introduces characters and places, sets the scene, but invites us to imagine the narrative. Andy is inspired by the relationship between animals, nature and man. He also explores children's literature and medieval illuminated manuscripts.
