ANGEL SPRING FAIR 24 - 25 March 2012 ADMISSION FREE An opportunity to view and buy work directly from contemporary artists and designers. March 2012 sees the launch of the Angel Spring Fair, a new affordable art and design fair featuring the work of 50 artists and designers. The event will take place during the weekend of 24th and 25th March at the Candid Galleries and will comprise all creative disciplines; painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, illustration, fashion, textiles, jewellery, accessories, glass, ceramics, design products and furniture. Painters to look out for this year are landscape and street-scene artist Henry Mackeith and the Georgian abstract figure painter David Sharashydze. After successful October and Christmas Fairs at Candid, Nicola Steel returns with her very popular and affordable glassware. The Angel Spring Fair will also feature a large collection of furniture and wooden homeware from established designers such as Heliconia Furniture, Do-Well Design and Ciaran McKay. Flowerie88's range includes jewellery and fashion accessories. Her collections are unique, unusual and well harmonized with a subtle aesthetic.
