About
Launched in London earlier this year, META-Human by Louise Giblin moves to Saffron Gallery in Battle from Saturday October 8th until Saturday October 22nd. The entire Meta-Human collection will be exhibited PLUS new sculptures in the series will be unveiled for the first time in public. Louise will supplement the sculpture collection with a selection of her intricate drawings.Louise' work is produced in ceramic then cast in bronze, translucent resin or cold cast metals. Her subject matter is portraiture and the human form, often involving detailed, overlapping, fragmented or abstracted imagery. She develops ideas from observation sketches, digital imagery and written works.
Her sculptures have doubled in value in the past three years and with the coming launch of her Olympian series of sculptures, Louise's work is proving highly investable.
