The Great War, 2011Tiney presents a new painting alongside his new film a revisit to footage from his most celebrated film, The First Tour. Fictive, compulsive and challenging, it investigates crossovers between artists' film, video and traditional cinema; Tiney explores the notion of illusion and duality through contemporary and historical reference.
