Call out for artists

For QUAD's forthcoming Season celebrating Failure (28th July - 7th October 2012), we are calling out to artists across the country for your 'Artefacts of Failure.'

We are looking for you to send us: paintings that were never completed; exhibition proposals that were never realised; rejection letters; broken sculptures; over exposed photographs and any other works that weren't a success!
