Neda Shoaei, born in 1991, is an Iranian artist. She has received her BA in English literature at University of Tehran. Since 2016 she has started her activities in conceptual art. She has participated in many art exhibitions as a mixed-media artist. Her main concern is the silent extinction and she is working on painting collection called "Play Ground". She has held a solo exhibition in 2018, working on Richard Avedon's photographs, relating the notions about the beat generation to what is going on in today's modern society. This exhibition contained a bookart, vedio art & website for an interactive artwork named "Festival of Life". She also has an interdisciplinary project with an art residency in Berlin named "Hier Und Jetzt" working on the refugee crisis and studying Diasporic literature and art. She has a dream to work with children in camp residencies and do wall paintings with them, so maybe they could become more hopeful about their future.
