Mishell is a life expressionist, passionate about communicating her love for life through her use of vivid colours and bold techniques found in her iconic artwork. Mishell is a budding multicultural artist who has exhibited at a large number of art exhibitions, shows and fairs around the world. She has just completed her first solo show in conjunction with Curate International in Singapore at the Royal Park on Scotts. Mishell’s signature brush strokes and texture seen in that of her Happiness, Botanicals, Watercolour and Sensual Series are credit to her ever expansive and evolving work. She has been liberated from the constraints of traditional techniques and preconceptions of what and how art should be, using her distinct style and vibrant colours as an avenue to communicate her inspirations and messages to the world. Botanical Collection – a series inspired by Mishell’s vibrant childhood memories from the lush, tropical surroundings of her home in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. Each piece has a story of its own, filled with exciting little details that never fails to delight. Sensual Collection – this series based upon awaking to sensuality, femininity and empowerment. Each artwork typifies the raw, emotional and hidden aspects of desire that often conceal unspoken dark and bold depths that we feel ashamed of speaking about.
