Max Hollein (born 1969, Vienna) was the director of the Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt from 2001 until 2016, and director of the Städel Museum and the Liebieghaus Skulpturensammlung from 2006 until 2016. He's now the director of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.
