Having originally trained as a landscape architect and taken an odd route through ops management back to marketing, Lucy has managed to keep her art central to everything she does. She mixes her love of Japan and her time hitchhiking there, with her training as a landscape architect, in her artwork. She is currently preparing a series of thresholds and streetscapes of Japan for her first solo exhibition in London this summer. Focusing on structured empty landscapes, the works draw you in as you explore the different faces and environments of this amazing country.
