I am a Yorkshire based artist interested in exploring the connections between historic and contemporary cultures. Working mainly with collagraphs – an experimental technique, which produces a rich textured surface and layers of colour in the prints, I am currently developing sculptural printmaking techniques using plaster and has recently completed a commission for York Archives which can be seen in York Central Library. I run short printmaking courses from my studio near York and also deliver community arts projects.
