Danielle Jacques is a British London-based new media artist. Her practice explores concepts of human consciousness and perception, using new technologies to make transcendental experiences accessible to a modern audience. In 2020 Danielle earned a distinction in her masters in Visual Arts: Fine Art Digital from Camberwell College of Arts, University of the Arts London. She received the Mercers’ Arts Award from the Mercers Company in 2020. Danielle has exhibited in multiple group shows in London, including the Saatchi Gallery. Danielle also has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bristol (2005) and qualified as a Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England in 2019. Her analytical and empathetic background supports the development of her phenomenological art practice, which straddles the fields of art, science, spirituality and wellbeing.
