Culture.Room is an international network of artists and creatives based in Berlin. Our work revolves primarily around the endeavour of conceptually and practically combining visual, performative and auditory elements in exhibitions, concerts and other formats through an interdisciplinary informed framework. The focus here lies on the collaborative development of conceptual approaches as well as curatorial and practical support for the artists in our network. Through our work we want to create open spheres of artistic collaboration by establishing a practical and theoretical discours between different forms of art. Our aim is to create temporary Rooms where we can create, experience, share and cultivate that which defines the space between us. Culture. We promote all the artists and their positions in our network through a wide variety of formats. We produce conceptual events, concerts and performances, which are created individually for ever changing locations, different environments and a diverse audience in close collaboration with the artists and their ideas. We want to give the artists the possibility to explore the given space on their own and let them decide how they want to present their works in order to unleash their full creative potential. We understand ourselves as a center of presentation and communication for emerging artists. Culture.Room is a place, where artists can develop their portfolio and their audience with our support.
