Åplus is an independent exhibition space for international, contemporary art in Berlin and was established 2016. The focus of the space is on the presentation, mediation and support of young artists. The concern of Åplus is to allow artists a concentrated presentation- and discusionsplatform off the established institutions. The exhibitions are realized in close cooperation with the artists, which are extensively supported at every stage. The space is understood as a place for dialogue and exchange of knowledge who reflects contemporary art and cultural developments.Therefore, we attach great importance to the mediationwork towards a divergent art audience and the general public.
