Alexia Villard is a photographer and visual artist based in London. Graduated from La Sorbonne University in Paris with a BA in Cinematography Studies and from Paris VIII University with a BA in Fine Art Photography and more recently a MA in Fine Art Photography at the London College of Communication. Her works engages with different forms of documentary including ideas of collection and archives. Alexia also works regularly as a freelance photographer for different events such as: short film projects, artistic events and festivals (among others: Cinema du reel Festival, Paris Cinema Festival, Cannes festival, Feast Festival, National Portrait Gallery)
