Part of events on ArtRabbit in: London, Croydon

I am a London-based visual artist of Estonian origin (b.1989) who graduated with an MA in Fine Art at the Central Saint Martins (2018, distinction). My work explores both built and natural environments, delving into geopolitical, social and cultural uncertainties within collective and personal histories. Rooted in sensitive engagement with nature, my practice employs queer ecology as a means to challenge anthropocentric and heteronormative concepts. Seeking to escape the confines of a dystopian reality, I create installations and sculptures that transcend boundaries, evoke fantasy, and convey poetic elements. My recent solo and group shows include Gilbert Bayes Award 2022, curated by Thorp Starvi at Dora House (London, 2023) and at The Art House (Wakefield, 2023), So Comes Snow After Fire at Voga Progetto d’Arte Contemporanea, (Bari, 2023), Save the Mermaid as a part of Paris Fashion Week, (Paris, 2022), Unfamiliar Forms, curated by Kristina Kazantseva at Set Kensington (London, 2022), Mushrooms in Paris with Darren Romanelli & Mürmaid at Over the Influence (Paris, 2022), Tuur Skulptuur curated by Mara Ljutluk & Bianka Soe at Telliskivi Roheline Saal (Tallinn, 2022).
