Lives and works in Vienna, from Barcelona ( Caracas- 1978 ) Adalierd works primarily in the medium of painting, but Photography is also part of the art that he produces. His mixed media paintings are often a continuous exploration of evocative abstractions, full of personal line gestures, experimentation and freedom. His negative spaces and simple geometry are usually crossed by floating lines and brushstrokes coming in fresh, unknown and reinvented spaces to contemplate. The gestural abstraction and lyric that is always trying to float over the painting is an essential aspect, constantly exploring new space interactions, density and unconscious connections.
