Woeske Gallery was inaugurated in 2010 by the art dealer Tillmann Woeske.
With the mission of providing an exhibition and project space for young artists and curators in Berlin’s emerging art district of Kreuzberg, the gallery's first space was opened in the Alte Heeresbäckerei, a former factory building by the Spree river. In 2013 the gallery moved into a new space in Charlottenburg, the heart of West Berlin.
It is our continuous goal to present a diverse program of both upcoming talents as well as established positions, while incorporating innovative approaches into the traditional gallery business model. Working with a broad international network of artists, galerists, institutions and collectors we are committed to promoting a diverse cultural dialogue and artistic liaisons.
