Gallery 001 is an integrated venue devoted to presenting artists with solo shows and most recent productions. The gallery’s programme comprises exhibitions of Slovenian and international artists who showcase their projects on completion of their two-month residence. Since its opening in 2011, the artist-in-residence centre at the Tobacco 001 Cultural Centre has hosted a considerable number of artists, as well as enabled Slovenian artists to take part in residence programmes abroad through public invitations and in collaboration with international institutions.
