Located in the lobby of the Historic SILVERMAN Majestic Theatre Condominiums, this lovingly restored exhibition space has been host to over 25 quarterly exhibitions of emerging and mid-career visual art talents. The Majestic Theatre Condominium Gallery is a circa 1907 Landmarked site, whose exhibitions have featured the work of over 50 artists and served the thriving communities of artists and residents of the downtown Jersey City area and beyond. With a rigorously curated exhibition program, formerly led by Rocio Aranda-Alvarado, Brendan Carroll and now independent curator/artist Enrico Gomez, the Majestic Theatre Condominium Gallery offers exciting and challenging arts programming and embodies the SILVERMAN mission tagline ; Building Neighborhoods.
