The Stratford Summer Screen returns to International Quarter London (IQL) with a rich and diverse programme of free outdoor screenings.

Throughout the summer, visitors to IQL, the neighbourhood destination and business district located next to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, can sit back and enjoy some of the latest blockbusters, critically acclaimed films, top international sporting events, and family friendly movies in the comfort of The Spark’s vibrant and colourful outdoor space.

Targeting a wide audience, the July programme includes gala screenings of some of Hollywood’s biggest recent releases (including Black PantherFrozen 2 and Wonder Woman 1984), as well as anniversary screenings to celebrate 50 years of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory and 25 years of Romeo & Juliet. There will be numerous films for the whole family to enjoy too, including classics like Toy Story and The Jungle Book, and more recent releases like Coco

In addition to blockbuster movies, the Summer Screen will also be streaming some of the most anticipated sporting events of the season, including tennis at Wimbledon, cricket from the One Day Internationals, cycling from the Tour de France, and the Tokyo Olympics Opening Ceremony and sporting events.

Find the best of London in one place with IQL’s summer of events and combine a visit to the Summer Screen with a meal out in one of the many eateries in this dynamic area inspired by Stratford’s rich cultural heritage, Olympic legacy and thriving community spirit.
