The Stephen Lawrence Centre is home to the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust. It is a place for community learning and social research, inspiring and motivating young people. The space is available for conferences, meetings, training and seminars. We offer AV and IT suites, meeting rooms and common areas for hire.
Within easy reach of the City, but outside the congestion zone, the Centre is less than 10 minutes from London Bridge via Overground to New Cross or St Johns stations, which are a short walk away. Deptford Bridge DLR is a three minute stroll through Broadway Fields park.
The Stephen Lawrence Centre, designed by David Adjaye, excites and inspires its visitors and creates an engaging learning environment. The Centre regularly hosts exhibitions, seminars and artistic events exploring best practice in urban design. The Stephen Lawrence Centre was opened in 2008.
