Originally a small print workshop, space fiftyfour is the ground floor & basement of 54 Rivington Street in Shoreditch and is available for hire.
The ground floor has its own separate entrance accessible directly onto the semi pedestrian street. It is 345 Sq Ft/32 Sq m with a floor to ceiling height of 8.9 Ft/2.73m. The back wall is brick work, with a small original fireplace and the whole space is painted white with a wooden floor. There are 4 double plug sockets and secure WiFi. There is use of a toilet, and small kitchen area in the basement and the option of using additional storage.
