OUTPOST Gallery

OUTPOST (#FBF696) is an artist-run charity with a gallery and studio complex based in Norwich, committed to the uncompromising presentation of contemporary art. Since its founding in 2004, OUTPOST has established itself as a leading centre for artist activity in the east of England, currently producing a core programme of 5 exhibitions per year which run Thursday to Sunday, 12 - 6pm. Alongside, OUTPOST facilitates a programme of offsite projects, events and produces a series of artists editions.

OUTPOST operates a Membership scheme which is open to anyone to join. Members are encouraged to submit material to the members’ archive, and to be considered for various artists opportunities. The membership provides a critical network for a community inside and beyond Norwich, who in turn create a diverse, informed, and engaged gallery audience.

OUTPOST studios is an artist-run studio complex, based in Norwich, committed to providing affordable spaces for contemporary art practitioners in the eastern region. Since its founding in 2010, OUTPOST studios has established itself as one of the largest studio providers for artistic activity in the East of England. OUTPOST studios are based in Gildengate House, Anglia Square, where it is currently occupied by more than 80 artists.
