New House Art Space is home to twenty artist studios, the Davies-Gilder Gallery and Koja Coffee cafe in central Guildford, Surrey.
The building was originally earmarked for demolition; but in late 2021 the team behind The Boileroom Music and Art Studios took on the space to support the thriving creative community in the locality and beyond.
Our ethos is to create an inspiring & inclusive space for all to be creative and grow their artistic disciplines and businesses.
