John Cullen Lighting

John Cullen Lighting was set up in 1981 by John Cullen. In 1983, Design Director Sally Storey was brought in to design the first Chelsea showroom. It is her architectural background along with her design flair and vision that can still be seen throughout the company today.

The John Cullen Design Team works on projects around the world, however large or small. Whether you are looking to light a contemporary home or a listed property with period features, looking to refurbish your current house or build a new one or even to light a yacht, our design service can transform your project.

Sally Storey is the Design Director who inspires the growing team of lighting designers. In September 2014, Sally was joined by Peter van der Kolk, as Chief Executive Officer to run the business side of John Cullen Lighting. The company now employs a team of around 35 people.

With over 30 years’ experience in lighting and product design, John Cullen is widely recognised as being at the forefront of lighting design and development in the United Kingdom.
