Jason Vass is pleased to present Show a solo exhibition of works by Robert Walker. Rhebis will run from January 13 - February 17, 2018.
For over 40 years Los Angeles-based artist Robert Walker has composed an extensive variety of materials together to create forms indicative of the interconnectivity and interdependence of all things. From netting, resin, plaster and rope he has fashioned a visual language both formal and evocative while exploring art’s many possibilities. His long-standing practice in meditation reflects his interest in many religious systems, especially Buddhism, borrowing freely from those systems that reflect an awareness of man’s place on our planet. Jason Vass is pleased to presents a 15 year retrospective of Walker’s work from recent exhibitions in the U.S. and Japan.
