A contemporary art gallery specialising in art and environment based in the centre of the historic town of King's Lynn. Three exhibitions per year explore environmental themes, showing international to local artists. Upstairs is a range of artist-designed jewellery and books. Each exhibition follows through with events and actions for the environment working with artists and communities and linking with wider networks. GroundWork has been described as 'small but perfectly formed' and has won several awards. Above the gallery is a Penthouse suite with beautiful views over the quayside and Custom House, which can be rented to help to fund the gallery programmes.
