Foundling Museum

We are the Foundling Museum, telling the story of the Foundling Hospital, the UK’s first children’s charity and first public art gallery. We use our art and objects to keep the Foundling story alive and relevant. Like our artist founders Handel and Hogarth, we believe creative action has the power to transform lives and shape a better future. So, we are activists, giving today’s artists a platform to explore issues and ideas that speak to everyone.
