This venue is located in the mainland of Venice, between Via della Libertà and Parco San Giuliano. It was a historic fort now used as an exhibition space with large green outdoor areas.
The management has been entrusted by the City of Venice to the Fondazione Forte Marghera for the study and the development of the natural and cultural heritage of local fortresses and historic military facilities.
Since 2018 Forte Marghera has been hosting the Special Projects that were part of the Biennale Architettura and the Biennale Arte exhibitions.
