For the Core is a new family-owned yoga studio based in Hoxton, Hackney.
Launched in May 2017, For the Core hosts a variety of classes conducted and taught by experienced, personable instructors. With no more than 12 students in each class, the studio provides an intimate and calming environment for students to feel comfortable and supported.
