aquabitArt Berlin

AquabitArt combines art presentation, architecture and its communication through (web-) design. The gallery space was opened by architect Irina Ilieva at the beginning of 2009 in the renowned Berlin "Gallery Street" - Auguststrasse 35. The gallery shows various artistic positions, moving in the experimental field between architecture, art, installations and new media. AquabitArt hosts regularly art talks, performances, discussions and lectures.

Art Management

Gallery aquabitArt provides regular curatorial work for art exhibitions at and outwith the gallery. We advise and organize temporary exhibitions in offices, workspaces, hotels as well as for special projects, festivals and events. The collaboration includes:

 » Advising on the exhibition theme, tailored to suit the individual site/interests of our client.
 » Advice on choosing the work of a suitable artist, which can involve, if desired, studio visits and mediation of artists based in Berlin.
 » Hanging of the work or construction of an installation as well as the dismantling of the exhibition.
 » Dealing with the concept and design of an image for the invitation cards.
 » Arranging an exhibition preview or any other special opening presentation desired.
 » Any financial negotiations concerning the exhibited works of art.
