Exploring the blurred boundaries between fiction and reality, John Divola connects three photographic series that reflect Hollywood’s constructed visual world.
In Strange Resemblance, John Divola brings together MGM (1979), Continuity (1995) and X-Files (2002), exploring the cinematic and artificial aspects of Hollywood. By merging original and found photographs, Divola reflects on truth, illusion, and the power of images to shape perception. Catch before it closes on 17 May 2025.
