Zero is an exhibition that explores how objects interrelate and subsequently interact with one another. This exploration is shaped through visual - audible expression and movement.
About
The exhibition creates a live environment in which to explore the way that object, both abstract and concrete, living and inanimate, interact and sit amongst one another. It aims to identify how situations can breed comfort and/or tension.
The artist will present a number of geometric abstractions that provide an aura of neutrality, initially functioning as a catalyst for the event. The works represent an idea of interrelations and of crossing interactions that the musicians respond to throughout the evening. There are no set rules or strategy and the musicians interpret the artwork and the audiences approach towards the evening, spontaneously.
The audiences plays a role in the creation of the exhibition as their involvement and presence inevitably corresponds, influences and reacts to the visual and audible experiences of the space and the event. These expressions create the atmosphere of the night, which will in turn influence the musicians, thus creating an ongoing conversation.
We look forward to your participation and creation of the night
