The fine art society uk, in conjunction with the University of East London BA hons Fine Art Department will be hosting it’s annual Art Auction fundraiser.
About
The Fine Art Society uk, in conjunction with the UEL BA Hons Fine Art Department will be hosting its annual auction on the evening of Thursday 4th April 2019 to aid raise funds for this year’s Degree .
As ever, Richard Strange has kindly agreed to be our star auctioneer for the evening.
This year we are hosting it at the Hoxton Arches Gallery on Cremer Street a few seconds from Hoxton Station.
This is a larger more ambitious venue than past auctions so this will be a highly enjoyable and pleasant night.
As well as work by UEL students and staff, the auction also features work by invited artists. In the past, we have featured pieces by Gavin Turk, Fiona Banner, Richard Wilson, Bob and Roberta Smith, Simon Periton, Jeremy Deller, Alan Kane, Jessica Voorsanger, John Smith, Peter Sylveire, Danny Rolph, Faisal Abdu’Allah, Lee Maelzer, Susan Stockwell, Si Sapsford, Hedley Roberts and Alexis Harding."
Exhibition open for public viewing from 6PM Thursday 4th April 2019.
Bidding begins at 7.30PM onwards
