Pinhole photography is one of the oldest and most direct methods of capturing an image from nature. Due to it's versatility, enthusiasts of the medium have created pinhole cameras from cans, teapots and even pumpkins! Open Eye Gallery are excited to welcome one of the forms most intrepid explorers, Sean Halligan; showing his handmade, brass and wood, 36 (!) exposure pinhole camera — VARIANCE f.242 Engage with Liverpools pioneer of pinhole photography, see workings and worksheets to learn the whats and whys of pinhole photography… Open to all.
