INFORMATION ABOUT WORK PROGRAMME: WORK PROGRAMME satisfies a need for artists to create work in a studio environment. WORK PROGRAMME satisfies a need for created work to be seen in an exhibition situation. INFORMATION ABOUT HUW BARTLETT: Huw Bartlett was born in Tonyrefail, South Wales, 1981.
