Bring along your toy car, bicycle, scooter or any other object that you’d like to customize, with expert advice and direction provided by illustrator Jonny Hannah.
About
Jonny has spent years customising and recycling a variety of objets d’art from the charity shops in Darktown (a mysterious coastal hinterland) and beyond.
A range of materials will be provided to enable you to bring a new lease of life to your much loved mode of transport or possession.
This session is inspired by Jonny's exhibition Notes from the Darktown Turbo Taxi - on show at Aspex until 31 March 2019.
Booking
This workshop is suitable for children over 5 and adults. Attendance to this event is £10.00 per object (parents/guardians can work with children). The duration of the workshop is two hours per time slot (11.00 - 13.00hrs / 13.30 - 15.30hrs).
