Working Moments

Working Moments is a collaboration between photographer Sabine Gruhn and artist Noemi Lakmaier. The exhibition's five light-boxes show what looks like an ordinary, well-dressed woman at work. But on closer inspection, the woman in the pictures is wet, not wearing trousers and showing a glimps of childish underwear. The images, which were shot in different London based arts organisations, explore identity and self-perception in success-driven working environments, relationships of power and insecurity, the drive to belong and succeed, self-doubt and otherness.
