About

Being an artist is boring. Are you tired of the endless submissions, applications, contracts and tax returns? Well maybe it's time to put the ART back into Creative and Cultural Entreprenuership. Five artists who have never written an Arts Council Grants for the Arts application, will creatively respond to the five key headings of the proposal section: 'You and your work', 'How the audience engage with your work', 'Making it happen', 'Finance' and 'Evaluation'. Each artist has 15 minutes to make their work your experience. An evening of new work that promises to be audience-focussed, financially stringent and incoporate at least 10% match funding. **Work Experience — Open Call for Artists** We're looking for five short live pieces by artists who have never written a Grants for the Arts application, each responding to one of the five key headings of the application's proposal section: ‘You and your work', ‘How the audience engage with your work', ‘Making it happen', ‘Finance' and ‘Evaluation'. Artists will be given 15 minutes, a small stage, a microphone and projector (if needed) and a fee of £50 to present their response at Toynbee Studios Arts Bar and Café on 22 November 2012. We encourage responses from any discipline. Deadline 2 November Please read the submission guidelines before submitting on Artsadmin's website (follow the attached link)
