An active art space is being born in the old church hall, Barmouth. Situated on a shelf of land beneath St johns Church. The building is Pugin gothic, being beautifully restored. The gallery has a theatre stage at one end, and houses a huge contemporary wall painting at the other. It will be home to a host of creative events over the summer, puppet workshops, poetry workshops, writers workshops, music, film making etc.
