About
Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair, London’s only fair dedicated to contemporary printmaking, returns for a fourth year from 7-10 November presenting a curated selection of limited-edition artworks. Featuring over 500 artworks for sale from celebrated artists such as Sir Peter Blake, Mat Collishaw and Stephen Chambers to the newest talent selected through an open call, the fair showcases the latest innovations in printmaking.
This year’s open call attracted almost twice the number of applications as last year, and following a rigorous blind selection process by an expert jury, over 300 artists working across a whole range of techniques and processes have been selected. This year’s edition will be the most international to date, with artists practising in Cuba, Japan, Iran, Russia, South Africa, Taiwan and the US as well as countries closer to home. These will be featured alongside artworks exhibited by specialist print galleries such as Atelier Rose & Gray and Pratt Contemporary. Highlights include a new edition by RA President Christopher Le Brun and a new edition from JEALOUS Gallery by David Shirley launching exclusively at the Fair for the first time.
