Ben Oakley Gallery was formed in 2010 to create a platform for all emerging artists and has built a commanding roster of loyal UK & international early/mid to established career artists since. At present Ben Oakley Gallery are searching for a permanent Live Work Space across the South East but until then we'll be popping up in new and interesting spaces.
Always encouraging a strong female cast from its inception this exhibition presents four experienced women artists whom the gallery has been working with for over a decade, each artist working in a diverse genre using an array of mediums.
Work in the exhibition will cover Abstract Expressionism, Urban City Landscapes Portraiture and Figurative oil, Acrylic & Spray Paint on Large Format Canvas.
We are delighted to present ‘WOM-EN-COURAGE’ on Tour with work by Jo Peel, Kim Tong, Nikki Hill Smith & Yvonne Wayling in the new CARE wing of St Christophers Hospice 51-59 Lawrie Park Road SE26 6DZ  for one weekend only.
There will be an exciting raffle on the night with Prizes generously donated by Local Artists/ Businesses David Bray The Three Hounds Beer Company, Grafitti Fairy London,The Frame Shed, Oakhill Embroidery & Colossive Press, a live pianist playing on the night . Meet the Artists and get to see the show we held at The Royal Society of Arts earlier in the year.
