A collection of film and photography with live performance
About
A visual experience of songs written by Rachel Mayfield. Each exhibition represents a period of time associated with her music. The songs for ‘Winter of Desire’ were written ten years ago after she left Birmingham to live in London and represent an episode of disassociation that she is still processing. The film and photography element were added in the years following and the exhibition it’s self will be the first full ‘live’ performance of a life/work in progress.
