'Windows into Spring'

About

Artist and 2023 Shed of the Year winner Archie Proudfoot will create a large installation over the course of Clerkenwell Design Week in the window at Cult Vision rendered in gold leaf and enamel paint that celebrates the renewing power of Spring. The Live Reverse-Glass Painting Performance ‘Windows Into Spring’ will see the artist recreate one of his iconic pieces: ‘WOW’ in the colours of Spring.  

As part of our collaboration a concurrent exhibition of Archie’s work was held a very short walk away at Velorose Gallery, where Proudfoot will carefully deconstruct and reimagine his award-winning 'Shed of the Year' within the intimate space of Velorose Gallery, creating an immersive installation of his viral shed-artwork.

Within the installation there will also be a selection of Archie Proudfoot’s much sought-after limited-edition prints on display and for sale, including his brand new release 'Test Card F’.
