Tony Godfrey, Director of Research, Sotheby's Institute of Art and Professor of Fine Art, Plymouth University With strong academic and intellectual values traversing the worlds of theory and practice, Tony Godfrey has published regularly on contemporary art including: Painting Today (2009); The New Image: painting in the Eighties (1986); Drawing Today (1990); Conceptual Art (1998), and frequently reviews exhibitions. Now based in Singapore, Tony is particularly interested in understanding the art that is now being made in Asia. He returns this evening to share his findings with us.
